Operation
The packages, that are held in readiness on the spinning and winding machines, are fed to the palletizer by means of the transport system. The multigripper takes up the packages and places them on the empty or patially filled pallets that have been fed in the meantime in predetermined depository patterns. The intermediary plastic or cardboard layers are fed automatically. The cassettte wagon can take up different intermediary layers. The pallets are fed and conveyed away with a distribution wagon. The pallet storage system including control of residual quantity also makes access possible at any time to empty, partially loaded or almost finished pallets of varying quality and sample. The result is considerable advantages for quality control and flexible package feed from the production. The partially filled pallets are intermediarily stored in double rows parallel to each other at as many storage pallet stastions as required. There are different customer specific arrangement possibilities. Full Pallet Handling
The full pallets come into a pallet delivery station with accumulating roller conveyor and then can be fed to a following weighinh-, stretch wrapping and labelling station, if applicable. Empty Pallet Handling
Empty pallets are automatically fed from an empty pallet feeder, or if rquired also manually. |
