System Description Those palletizing systems were developped to connect it in front of a OE-spinning machine or winding- / twisting machine. The preparatory station takes over the packages from the belts and hands them over to the grap head of the palletizer. The grap head positions the packages on the intermediary layers acc. to the specified stacking pattern. As soon as an intermediate layer is completely palletized, the grap head withdraws the next layer from the sack next to it.

System Description The Neuenhauser individual packages palletizer is designed for mounting on Open-End spinning machines or winding machines. The packages made available on conveyor belt by the production machine are taken up by a gripper and deposited e.g. on 2 Europallets (800x1.200) as per certain depository patterns.
| | A package detector with turning device is available optionally, ensuring that, e.g. the side with the tread reserve is always deposited in the same way on the pallet. This is important for further automation processes (e.g. depalletizing on the packages creel or on the weaving machine). Intermediary plastic or cardboard layers are placed automatically between each packages layer by an intermediary layer stack that is placed manually. 
If a pallet is fully loaded, the system changes over automatically to the next available empty pallet in order not to reduce the production machine's efficiency.
