PackageTest Station Check`n`Flow
Package Test Station Check´n´Flow tests all packages in continous flow regarding quality characteristics. Damaged or faulty packages are automatically eliminated. This equipment can be integrated in the fully automatic AutoFlow-Transport system or is useable as a stand-alone unit.
With Check´n´Flow a new dimension was gained in the automatic package checks. The highlights are: Checking Results: graphic representation of the measurements for e.g. thread reserve or material homogeneity
Date Base integration: simplest integration at an external data base as well as at an spinning mill management system
Order Management: free selection of the checking points accordingly the material specifications
Web-Interface: Results and statistics simply and everywhere (Intranet or Internet) over a browser (e.G. Internet Explorer) available
Tube Labeling: on whish, a label with all material informations or results of measuring can be printed in the tube. Results in clear text as well as encodes representable
System Control Interface: Check´n´Flow can be integrated in the fully automatic AutoFlow-Transport system or is usable as a "Stand Alone" unit
