BCF-Yarn Doffer Spider Doffer    The SPIDER-DOFFER travels guided in an overhead monorail system along of multiple Extrusion Winder Positions ( e. g. NEUMAG, RIETER, BARMAG ) without any fixed masts or floor supports . It leaves all the space free for operator acces. This allows the operators to maintain and serve the production area without any interferences. This SPIDER-DOFFER automatically moves to the designated winding position and picks up 2 or 3 bobbins at the same time which are served from the winder onto the shelf. Then the bobbins are automatically handed over to e. g. our TEXTRA – Overhead Transport System and then delivered to any destination in the spinning plant. In this System we can easily integrate automatic knotting machines, automatic transfer tail treatment devices, vision control systems, tube labellers, weighing scales, etc. as well as central palletizers or boxing machines. ( Please see our product lines : AutoFlow and Palletizer ) As already noted, the SPIDER-DOFFER is able to interface with any extrusion winder type. and is equipped with bus bars for power and signals with high reliability and easy maintenance. Thanks to the autonomous and highly flexible operation mode, the machine is able to serve 1 or up to e. g. 6 positions depending on the production cycle or throughput. The simple concept and competitive cost also show the SPIDER-DOFFER as an optimal solution for e.g. BCF-Yarn extrusion plant operations.
